Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. The Purchase Order Checker

The free PO Checker, part of SwiftOrder, reads a document you choose to upload or paste. This is how that document is handled:

• Where it goes. It is sent to Google Cloud's Vertex AI to be read, under the Google Cloud terms. Google does not use it to train or fine-tune models. Vertex AI's caching is switched off for our project; Google may log prompts to detect abuse of its service.
• What we keep. Nothing. We do not store the document, the order lines read from it, or the import file; the result goes back to your browser only. Our server logs record that a check ran — the file type, the page count, how many lines were found and how long it took — never what the document said.
• The import file by email. If you ask for it, we send it once, through Resend, our email provider, to the address you give. We do not keep that address unless you tick the box to join the SwiftOrder waitlist, which you can leave at any time.
• Limits. To keep the tool free, we count checks per IP address. Those counters expire within a day.
• Other people's details. A purchase order can name people — a buyer's contact, an address. Upload only documents you are entitled to share, or remove those details first.
