Upload a customer PO or a request for a quote: a PDF, a scan, an email or a spreadsheet. It comes back as lines, with every quantity, price, total and date checked in code and anything uncertain marked with the reason — and an import file for your ERP. Free, no signup, nothing stored.
What gets checked
A language model transcribes the document exactly as printed. Everything below is then decided in code, and anything illegible or cut off is reported with the reason. The model's own confidence is not one of the checks.
Quantity × price
Every line's arithmetic, against the amount the order prints.
Lines against totals
The lines against the subtotal and total the customer wrote. A missing or misread line shows up here.
Missing prices
A PO where no prices were read, or one line without a price among priced ones. A request for a quote needs none.
Day or month first
04/09 is April or September. The order's currency and addresses decide; when they can't, the date is flagged.
Repeated items
The same part twice on one order — intended, or a copy-and-paste slip?
What the document is
An order, a request for a quote, a change order or an invoice, named for what it is — and checked against the document's own title. A request for a quote becomes a quote file, never an order.
What happens to your document
It is sent to Google Cloud's Vertex AI to be read, under Google Cloud's terms. Google does not use it to train models, and Vertex's caching is switched off for our project. Google may log it to detect abuse of its service.
The result comes back to this page and nowhere else. We don't store the document, the lines read from it, or the import file.
If you ask for the import file by email, we send it once and don't keep the address — unless you tick the box to hear when SwiftOrder opens.
Limits keep it free: 4 MB and 10 pages a file, 4 tests an hour.
