By purchasing paid Services, you agree to provide valid payment information, pay all applicable fees and taxes, and authorize recurring charges where applicable. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. EverSwift Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverSwift Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EverSwift Labs during the previous 12 months.

6. Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
