EverSwift Labs · Fairhour
A free iPhone app for teams across time zones: everyone's day side by side, a time that works today, and for a meeting that repeats, the early and late slots shared out fairly, week by week. Free — no purchases, no ads. For iPhone, on iOS 18 or later, in English, French, German and Italian.
Fairhour is coming to the App Store.
A question, something that went wrong, a city that is missing or a translation that reads badly: email hello@everswift.in. Tell us your iPhone's iOS version and Fairhour's, from Settings → Version in the app, and what you did just before.
Every minute of a meeting gets a burden for each person, from their own hours. It is a stated formula, not a measurement, and not a judgement of anyone:
A meeting's burden for a person is the sum over its minutes, divided by 60: an hour asleep is 4.0, an hour at work 0. A time that breaks anyone's “never before” or “never after” is never offered. Best time is the quarter hour where the most any one person carries is lowest, then the lowest total. For a meeting that repeats, each occurrence is planned on its own date, with every clock as it is that day, and its burdens are added to a running tally per person, so the early and late slots are shared out over the weeks. The whole method is in the app, under Settings → How Fairhour scores.
